As Solidigm Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer, Jinsoo Kang brings decades of deep industry experience and leadership to his role shaping the company’s direction and growth.
Jinsoo most recently held a dual leadership role as Chief Operating Officer of Solidigm and SK hynix’s Head of Beyond Task Force, a forward-looking initiative focused on innovation and long-term growth.
Jinsoo also spent more than a decade leading strategic initiatives across NAND technologies for SK hynix. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and is widely respected as a trusted advisor to SK hynix’s leadership team.

As Solidigm Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer, Xin Guo is responsible for Solidigm’s industry-leading technologies and engineering excellence.
With decades of leadership expertise, Xin also leads Data Center Engineering at Solidigm, driving the company’s architecture, design, development, and manufacturing across enterprise storage solutions. His career spans key leadership roles advancing NAND Flash and SSD systems at Intel, Numonyx, and Spansion.
Xin holds 40 U.S. patents and earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Yale University, with earlier degrees from Tsinghua University.

JD Choi is Solidigm Executive Vice President and Head of NAND Development. JD brings to his role more than three decades of experience in non-volatile memory development.
Since joining SK hynix in 2016, then Solidigm in 2025, JD has played a key role in enhancing the company’s NAND cost competitiveness through the successful mass production of four consecutive technology nodes from V6 to V9 while maintaining best-in-class quality.
With more than 206 patents and over 60 published papers in semiconductor societies, JD has also spent six years on the organizing committee and as chairman for the IEEE-sponsored International Memory Workshop. He has also been instrumental industrywide in accelerating the growth and technological leadership of NAND technology.

As the Co-Head of Finance at Solidigm, Mike O’Leary is instrumental in steering the company’s financial management, including accounting, tax, internal audit, and corporate development.
With nearly 15 years of experience advising companies on strategy, financial transactions, and M&A, Mike brings a wealth of industry insights and perspectives to Solidigm. Before assuming his current role, Mike was the head of corporate development at Solidigm, responsible for strategic initiatives.
Before joining Solidigm, Mike was an investment banker at numerous firms including Perella Weinberg Partners, Lazard, and Merrill Lynch. In these roles, he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Additionally, Mike served as a technology consultant for five years, further broadening his industry knowledge.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School and an MBA from Duke University.

Steve Muller has served as general counsel for Solidigm since its founding in 2021. Steve came to Solidigm from Intel, where he was the lead lawyer for the Memory Business.
Before joining Intel in 2016, Steve was a partner at WilmerHale Law Firm in Boston, where his practice focused on patent litigation and IP counseling. Before entering private practice, Steve clerked for Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum in the Southern District of New York and Judge Fred Parker on the Court of Appeals (Second Circuit).
Steve began his career as an assistant district attorney (county prosecutor) in Bronx County, New York. He graduated from Columbia Law School and Princeton University.

Drew Hurter is Senior Vice President and Head of Program Office at Solidigm, where he is responsible for data center SSD development programs, corporate services, and strategic initiatives. He spearheaded the establishment of Solidigm and the transition from Intel systems post-sale to SK hynix.
Prior to his role at Solidigm, Drew spent 29 years at Intel, where he held key roles in NOR Flash and NAND product development and SSD systems engineering. As director of product development and later as senior director of business strategy and roadmap, he streamlined product roadmaps across business groups. His adept leadership during the transition and strategic planning has significantly contributed to the company's growth and success.
Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Kyle Fukuda is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Operations at Solidigm. He leads business planning and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and margin growth.
Kyle began his career as a DRAM Process Engineer at NEC. After earning an MBA from UC Davis, he joined Intel in 1999, holding roles in DRAM and NAND marketing and planning. Before joining Solidigm, he led the Intel business management team in operations, aligning sales, engineering, finance, and marketing to optimize revenue and margins.
At Solidigm, Kyle created the data center product line manager role, focusing on market and pricing strategies and customer engagement. His engineering background provides a deep understanding of SSD design and manufacturing processes, driving informed decisions and innovation.
Kyle holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Greg Matson is Solidigm Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Planning & Marketing. He brings over 20 years of memory industry experience across multiple technologies in NAND, NOR, MRAM, and 3D XPoint for the mobile, embedded, and SSD markets.
Prior to Greg’s role at Solidigm, he held leadership positions at Intel, where he shaped business and product strategy for data center SSDs, creating the blueprint for their growth from less than $1B to over $4B. Greg also led Avalanche Technology, Inc.’s marketing practice as their Vice President of Marketing and co-founded ConGo Technology, where he developed corporate and product strategy for a mobile content start-up.
Greg received both his MBA and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.

Lawrence Franklyn is Senior Vice President and Head of IT and Data Analytics at Solidigm. Lawrence has over 25 years of experience in software product development, consulting, supply chain, manufacturing, and M&A. Before joining Solidigm in April 2022, he led Western Digital's business technology solutions portfolio.
At Solidigm, Lawrence built the IT team from the ground up and established a complex application ecosystem, ensuring secure processing of multi-billion-dollar orders. Promoted to CIO in May 2023, he oversaw the reorganization of the IT department during a major industry downturn.
Lawrence has experience with large-scale mergers and acquisitions in the storage industry, offering valuable insights into transformation and stabilization efforts.
He holds a master’s in computer science from Karnataka Regional Engineering College and is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Paul Palonsky is SVP and Head of Global Sales at Solidigm. He has over 40 years of industry experience in engineering, marketing and sales leadership positions at several companies including SK hynix America (SKHYA) before transitioning to Solidigm.
Paul joined SKHYA in 1994 and has held various sales roles, including as account manager for IBM and then assuming global responsibility for SKHY’s multinational accounts as VP of Strategic Accounts beginning in 2007. In 2013, Paul was promoted to SVP of Sales for the America region and took on leadership roles in directing SKHYA’s Sales, Commercial Marketing and Business Intelligence teams. Most recently Paul assumed dual responsibility for both SKHYA’s US Sales as well as leading the Solidigm America / EMEA Sales team.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.

Andrea (“Andee”) Nieto is SVP and Head of Human Resources at Solidigm. She brings decades of people leadership experience in the semiconductor, software, and hardware industries.
Andee oversees all aspects of Solidigm Human Resources, focusing on talent management and acquisition, organizational design, and workplace culture. Her experience includes change management, employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce strategy, among other areas of expertise, at companies like Xilinx and Cisco.
Andee holds a dual B.A. in Communication and History from San Jose State University.

A.J. Camber serves as VP Head of the Strategy Office at Solidigm, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in strategy, roadmap development, and innovation. His team collaborates with the organization on critical analysis in areas such as capital expenditures, NAND features, and next-gen platform requirements, focusing on AI-related growth projects. Leading the Solidigm Strategic Plan Working Group, A.J. is dedicated to enhancing the company's foundational business plan for sustainable growth.
Starting his career at Intel in 1997, A.J. contributed to pioneering projects like the industry's first low voltage multi-level cell NOR Flash product for mobile. His roles at Intel included marketing, applications, and overseeing the NVM roadmap. He also led the roadmap integration team during the consolidation of NOR and Phase Change Memory groups into Numonyx. Prior to Intel, A.J. held key positions at Micron Technology in SSD controller engineering, architecture, and product planning for both enterprise and client solid-state drives.
A.J. holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Kansas.
