Summary

Solidigm™ (formerly Intel®) SSDs are compliant with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). All additional information is available at TSCA website.

They do not contain any of the five Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT) substances under TSCA Section 6(h). These five substances are Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE), Phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) (PIP (3:1)), 2,4,6-Tris(tert-butyl)phenol (2,4,6-TTBP), Hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD) and Pentachlorothiophenol (PCTP).
